Redefined Life, Inc. — better known as The Village Indiana — was built on one conviction: every community already carries what it needs to raise its own children well.
Louis Charles Jackson III
MEET FOUNDER /
Executive Director
Louis Charles Jackson III is a preacher, social entrepreneur, certified life coach, and the Founder & Executive Director of Redefined Life, Inc. (also known as The Village Indiana). He is the proud husband of Nikhea Jackson and the father of their two sons, Louis IV (LJ) and Josiah.

​​Louis accepted his calling into ministry at the age of 18 and began serving as a licensed Youth Pastor at United In Christ Church of Anderson. In 2012, Louis completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. For many years, Louis worked within the Social Services field in various capacities with great organizations, such as the Youth Opportunity Center, Children’s Bureau, Aspire, and Lifeline Youth & Family Services.
​In 2017, Louis was ordained into Christian ministry under the leadership of his father, Pastor Louis C. Jackson, Jr. Throughout his life and ministry, Louis Jackson III has demonstrated a caliber of leadership well beyond his years.​ Recognized as a young man with great vision and leadership, Louis’s mission is to provide individuals with hope and inspiration while equipping and empowering them to reach their full potential.
