What Mentoring Actually Looks Like

You're never doing this alone. Every H.U.T.S. group is led by a team of three trained mentors, together, every week — not one adult carrying one student by themselves. You'll walk alongside a small group of students in grades 6–12 through a 30-week journey, guided by a curriculum that's already built. Check out the above video for more info!

Training & Support

Every mentor goes through training before stepping into a group — you're never handed a room of teenagers with no preparation. After each session, mentors file a quick report through the Village Indiana app, so your program coordinator can respond fast if a student needs extra care. You're supported the whole way, not just onboarded and left on your own.
