The Village Anderson started in February 2020 to provide youth mentorship and family support in Anderson, Indiana.
Village Anderson isn't one location, it's a growing network of hub churches across the city, each running the H.U.T.S. model in their own neighborhood. What started at one hub in February 2020 is now planting roots in more churches and community spaces across Anderson this year.

Village H.U.T.S are a transformative leadership and personal development program designed to help youth in grades 6–12 discover who they are and who they are becoming. Each HUTS group consists of 3 adult mentors and up to 12 youth. This small group structure allows for authentic connections, relational discipleship, and safe spaces where youth can grow into the best version of themselves. The HUTS program develops mentees into positive community shareholders. Through group mentoring and experiences, HUTS gives students the tools to become agents of change in their homes, schools, churches, and neighborhoods.
Parent Enrichment
8 Sessions
Parent Enrichment runs alongside our students' H.U.T.S. journey — eight sessions across the year, timed to match what young people are experiencing in each phase. Parents and caregivers leave with real, usable tools, not just ideas, and a circle of other families who understand exactly what they're carrying.

Anderson Needs More Mentors
Every Village H.U.T.S. group is led by three trained adult mentors and serves up to twelve students. As more groups launch across Anderson, that's what determines how many students we can actually welcome. If you have an hour a week and a willingness to show up consistently, that's the qualification that matters most.
