What Is The Village Alliance?
The Village Alliance is a network of local partners, with nearly 90% made up of local congregations, that serve as community hubs for The Village HUTS mentoring model. These churches provide trusted spaces, relational support, and faith based leadership to help young people and families thrive.
Each Alliance partner becomes part of a larger citywide mentoring ecosystem. Together, we are building communities where students are surrounded by caring adults, parents are supported, and churches are mobilized to serve the next generation.
How the Model Works
1. Hubs
Local congregations serve as the foundation by offering safe spaces, trusted relationships, and a source for mentor recruitment.
2. HUTS
Each HUT is a small mentoring group made up of adult mentors and students who meet consistently for growth, connection, and support.
3. Alliance
The Village Alliance connects multiple church hubs into one coordinated network committed to organic community outreach.
